Troubleshoot the service
When you encounter specific problems with Spotfire Statistics Services, you can use support and the issues listed in the release notes to help you find the answers.
If you encounter problems with Spotfire Statistics Services, register for a support account at http://spotfire.tibco.com/support.
The Release Notes (relnotes.pdf), available from both the server landing page and on the installation media, contain a list of known issues in the version at the time of release.
- MySQL dropped connections
This known issue is a characteristic of MySQL when it is left idle for a given period of time.
