Postinstallation

To avoid a server restart of the broker, the grid libraries should be copied to the SF_HOME\webapps\livecluster\deploy\resources\gridlib\ directory in the following order:

a.	Distribution zip files

b.	SilverFabric_as_container_1.2.0_gridlib.zip

Task A Get the Distribution .zip files

These file names and version numbers are provided as examples. Your file names and the versions of your files may vary depending on the currently available release

The distribution archives may be obtained from either the installation media or from the TIBCO official download site, https://edelivery.tibco.com. The specific sets of distribution files for each operating system platform is used as a deployment target.

The distribution files ensure that the proper TIBCO product installer is used during deployment. Choose the sets of compressed archives for your intended deployment target platforms.

Download the TIBCO Silver Fabric Enabler for ActiveSpaces Enterprise Edition gridlib file available from the TIBCO official download site https://edelivery.tibco.com into a temporary directory. Each distribution is downloaded separately. For an example list of distributions required for a platform, see Table 3 Required Software.

2.	Without extracting the files, copy all of the distribution grid library archives to the directory: SF_HOME/webapps/livecluster/deploy/resources/gridlib/

Task B Copy the Enabler Compressed Files

After installation, the grid library enablers are stored in the directory: SFAS_HOME\gridlib

Copy the enabler compressed files to the following directory:

SF_HOME\webapps\livecluster\deploy\resources\gridlib\

For Silver Fabric running on a Unix or Linux- based platform, the enabler grid libraries should be copied to the analogous directory:

/opt/tibco/webapps/livecluster/deploy/resources/gridlib/

Alternatively, the distribution files may be dropped into any directory accessible to Silver Fabric as long as it is specified for the Silver Fabric administrator. Refer to the Silver Fabric documentation for more information on how you may set another location for the distribution files.
