Details on Export to PDF – Filters

Note: The Export to PDF 7.9 version is an older version of the export to PDF feature. See Export to PDF - Dialog for information about the newer export to PDF version.

To reach the dialog for the Export to PDF (compatibility version):

Select File > Export > To PDF - 7.9 version [Deprecated].
Click the Filters tab.

Note: When filters are exported, they are rendered with the default light theme, even if the dark theme is applied.

Option	Description
Export selected views based on filter settings below	Select this check box to export to PDF based on filter values. Choose which parts of the analysis to export on the General tab.
Data table	Specifies which data table to export from.
Show only filters with n or less values	Lets you specify the maximum number of unique filter values a filter may have in order to be displayed in the Filter drop-down list below. Note: This setting is not applicable for in-db data.
Filter	Specifies which filter to export from. Note: It is not possible to select filters based on cube hierarchies that are configured to load on request.
Filter values	Lists the values in the selected filter. Select the ones you want to export.
Select All	Click to select all the filter values in the list.
Deselect All	Click to deselect all the filter values in the list.
