This dialog is used to define in which order prompts for variables in an SAP BW BEx query connection will be shown to the end user.
The prompt order is important, because the selection in one prompt will reduce the available values before the next prompt is shown. Properly ordered, the prompts are more intuitive to understand for the end user. You also reduce the risk of allowing user input that will narrow down the data so much that other prompts become empty.

Lists the BEx variables that are currently prompted for in the data connection. The order in this list determines the order that the prompts will be shown in, when an end user opens the data connection. |

Moves the selected prompt up in the list and, hence, forwards in the order the prompts are shown in Spotfire. |

Moves the selected prompt down in the list and, hence, backwards in the order the prompts are shown in Spotfire. |
