Text Area Pop-up Menus

Right-clicking the text area displays the following menu:

Option	Description
Edit Text Area	Opens the Edit Text Area dialog where you add content to the text area.
Edit HTML	Opens the Edit HTML dialog, which allows you to manually change the underlying HTML or add JavaScript code to a text area.
Start Conversation	See Starting a Conversation.
Export
Visualization to PDF...	Exports the text area as a PDF.
Visualization to image...	Exports the text area as an image.
Maximize Visualization	Maximizes the active visualization on the page and hides the others. See also Arranging Visualizations.
Show/hide Annotations	Toggles the visibility of any added annotations on and off.
Duplicate Visualization	Duplicates the active text area including any text, images, links, controls and annotations.
Close	Closes the text area.
Properties	Opens the Text Area Properties dialog where you can change the title of the text area and show or hide the title bar.

Right-clicking the Edit Text Area dialog displays some more alternatives:

Option	Description
Edit Control...	Available when right-clicking a control. Allows you to edit the action control or property control in question.
Format Control...	Available when right-clicking a control. Opens the Format Control dialog where you can change, for example, the control size and font.
Cut	Cuts the selected object from the current position, to be pasted somewhere else.
Copy	Copies the selected object.
Paste	Pastes the selected object in the text area.
Delete	Deletes the selected object.
Select All	Selects all text, images and links in the text area.
