Save Analysis to Library
This task saves the analysis to a location of your choice in the library.
| Option | Description |

| Save as | Specify the location and name of the file that will be saved. |
| Set to Current | Click to use (in the Save as field) the path of the currently open document. |
| Embed data in analysis | Select this check box to embed the data in the analysis. |
| Remove any previously existing bookmarks | Select this check box to delete any previously existing bookmarks when the analysis is saved to the library. Note that if you select this check box, bookmarks that have been added by other users will be removed |
| Version history | Use default settings
- If the open analysis has any versioning settings specified, those settings
are used when the analysis is saved to the library. If no versioning settings
are specified in the open analysis, and an analysis with the same name is
already stored in the library, then the settings in that analysis are used..
Enable - Select to enable versioning for this analysis (if versioning is enabled system-wide). Disable - Select to disable versioning for this analysis.Note: Because versioning settings of the open analysis are used
if they exist, this overrides any automatic pruning that might be enforced on
the file already stored in the library.
For example, if a maximum of five versions are kept for the file already stored in the library, but the open analysis is set to keep all versions, the automatic pruning of versions does no longer apply to this analysis. All existing and future versions will be kept. If you instead disable version history, the same five versions will be kept in the library, but no further versions will be kept except for the latest. |
