Preference Group/Preference

Description

   MapChartPreferences

      AutoloadGeocodingTables

Specifies whether or not autoloading of geocoding tables from the library should be allowed at all. Default is True.

Note that it is also possible to switch off autoloading for a specific geocoding table by modifying the properties for the file in Library Administrator, if you want to allow autoload but not for all data files.

      AutoZoom

Specifies whether or not auto-zoom should be enabled when creating a new map chart.

If the preference is set to True, the visualization is automatically zoomed in on the filtered markers or shapes.

      DefaultHttpsWebMapServiceListUrl

Lets you specify a different secure connection (TLS) web map service list URL than the standard TIBCO GeoAnalytics URL.

      DefaultLayers

Opens a dialog where you can specify the default layers and the order in which they should be shown.

      DefaultLayerType

Specifies whether the default data layer type for a new map chart should be a marker layer or a feature layer.

      Default Title

Specifies the default title of new map charts. For example, Map Chart.

      DefaultWebMapServiceListUrl

Lets you specify a different web map service list URL than the standard TIBCO GeoAnalytics URL.

      DefaultWmsUrl

Allows you to specify the default URL to use for new WMS layers.

      DistanceUnits

Specifies the default unit used to display distances in the map.

      FeatureLayerFixedColor

Specifies the default fixed color of new feature layers.

      FeatureLayersLabelFont

Specifies the default font of labels in new feature layers.

      FixedShape

Specifies the fixed shape to use on all markers in the map chart.

      GeometrySimplificationThreshold

Specifies a threshold number of points below which simplification will be turned off when rendering features in a feature layer. The number can be set to 5 or 6.

Geometry simplification facilities the rendering of features with a large number of points by snapping the points to even pixels. If two adjacent points fall within the same pixel, one is omitted.

      LegendVisible

Specifies whether or not the legend should be displayed when creating a new map chart.

      MarkerLayersLabelFont

Specifies the default font of labels in new marker layers.

      PieSectorCategoryLabel

Specifies whether or not the sector category label should be displayed when creating a new map chart with pies.

      PieSectorPercentageDecimals

Specifies the number of decimals to display for the percentage value. The number specified here will also affect the number of decimals shown for pie sectors in the tooltip. Enter a value between 0 and 6.

      PieSectorPercentageLabel

Specifies whether or not the sector percentage label should be displayed when creating a new map chart with pies.

      PieSectorPercentageThreshold

Specifies a threshold value for pie sector percentages. The labels for sectors whose percentage fall below the specified threshold value will be excluded. Enter a value between 1 and 100.

      PieSectorValueLabel

Specifies whether or not the pie sector value label should be displayed when creating a new map chart with pies.

      PreserveSharpEdgesWhenUpscalingImages

Specifies if images used in image layers should keep sharp (pixelated) edges by default, when they are scaled up compared to their original size and resolution, or if edges in images should instead be blurred by default.

      SelectedCoordinateSystems

Opens a dialog where you can specify the coordinate systems that should be available for selection.

The coordinate systems to used should be specified using EPSG codes, on the format ESPG:1234.

Note: The list of SelectedCoordinateSystems should include any default coordinate reference systems specified under SelectedDataCoordinateReferenceSystem and SelectedDisplayCoordinateReferenceSystem.

      SelectedDefaultDataCoordinateReferenceSystem

Specifies a data coordinate reference system to be used as default when setting up a new data layer. Which system to use should be determined by the most common format of your company's data.

The coordinate system to used should be specified using EPSG codes, on the format ESPG:1234.

Note: Make sure that the list of SelectedCoordinateSystems also includes the coordinate reference system specified under SelectedDataCoordinateReferenceSystem.

      SelectedDefaultDisplayCoordinateReferenceSystem

Specifies a display coordinate reference system to be used as default (on the Appearence tab) when setting up a new map chart.

The coordinate system to used should be specified using EPSG codes, on the format ESPG:1234.

Note: Make sure that the list of SelectedCoordinateSystems also includes the coordinate reference system specified under SelectedDisplayCoordinateReferenceSystem.

      ShowInteractionMode

Specifies whether or not the interaction control should be visible when creating a new map chart.

      ShowLayerHandler

Specifies whether or not the layers control should be visible when creating a new map chart.

      ShowNavigation

Specifies whether or not the navigation controls should be visible when creating a new map chart.

      ShowScale

Specifies whether or not the scale should be visible when creating a new map chart.
