The Python Tools Engine dialog provides direct access to and information about the Python interpreter installed with your Spotfire installation. You can copy the path to the Python interpreter, or you can open it for testing scripts.

Displays the location of the version of the Python interpreter that is installed in the Spotfire Modules folder. Grayed-out text indicates that it cannot be changed. To change the Python interpreter to one installed at a different path, see Tools > Options > Data Functions. |
Copy Python Interpreter Path to Clipboard |
Copies the path displayed in the Path to Local Python Interpreter to the clipboard. |
Launch Python Interpreter |
Opens the Python interpreter in a separate window. |
