Data source properties
The following are the supported data source properties that you can configure when you create a data connection with the connector for TIBCO Cloud™ Live Apps.

| Region on TIBCO Cloud™ | The TIBCO Cloud region that your Live Apps subscription is on. |
| Organization | The TIBCO Cloud organization that is the owner of your Live Apps subscription. |
Supported data types
When you are setting up a connection to an external data source, Spotfire needs to map the data types in the data source to data types in Spotfire. The following are the data types that the TIBCO Cloud™ Live Apps connector supports.

Supported functions
Because only imported (in-memory) data is supported for Live Apps, you can use the functions available in the Spotfire in-memory data engine to work with your Live Apps data.
