Deleting items from the library

You can remove items from the library in the Files and data flyout, or when browsing the library in a web browser.

Before you begin

You have sufficient access permissions to modify the contents of the folder to delete items. To delete a folder, you must have Modify permissions for all subfolders in the underlying folder structure.

Procedure

On the authoring bar, click Files and data .
Locate the item you want to remove using search or by browsing the Spotfire library.
Click the menu next to the item and select Delete.

Tip: You can also select File > View library, select multiple items in the Library web view, and delete them all simultaneously.
