HeatMap preferences
Preferences that an administrator can specify for the heat map.
| Preference | Description |

| ColoringPerColumn | Specifies whether to use one color scale per axis value in the coloring of the heat map. Default is False, to use a single scale for the entire coloring group. |
| Default Title | Specifies the default title of new heat maps. For example, Heat Map. |
| LegendVisible | Specifies whether the legend should be shown when creating a new heat map. |
| PruneColorA | Specifies the first alternating cluster color to use when pruning in the dendrogram. |
| PruneColorB | Specifies the second alternating cluster color to use when pruning in the dendrogram. |
| PruneLineColor | Specifies the color to use for the pruning line in the dendrogram. |
| UseSeparateColorForMarkedItems | Specifies whether the heat map should use a separate color for marked items or just dim the unmarked items. |
