Statistics layer
You can add a statistics layer showing statistical measures to your visualizations, that have a continuous X- or Y-axis, to enhance them by adding more information within the same visualization.
You can add multiple statistical measures to one layer, and you can add multiple layers to the same visualization. You can also group layers to structure them and to easily configure the statistical measures within them simultaneously.
You can split the statistical measures in the same way as the visualization by category, color, or trellising. In this way, you can, for example, calculate and show a measure for each trellis panel instead of showing the same aggregated measure across all panels.
In the image, you can see a bar chart showing production data as well as reference elements showing a target, specification limits, and control limits. You can also see that a statistics layer is added showing statistical measures (count, average, and standard deviation) at the top of the visualization.
