Fun and productive things you can do with Spotfire for mobile devices

After you configure your mobile device to use Spotfire, you can set it up to do some fun and productive tasks.

Finding your location in a Spotfire map analysis
If you open a TIBCO Spotfire® analysis that includes a map, and it includes location-awareness (latitude and longitude) properties, you can use your mobile device location-awareness feature to find your current location in the analysis, and (depending on the analysis features) to find the distance between your current location and other location points in the data.
Scanning bar codes or QR codes
If you open a Spotfire analysis that includes bar code or QR code reading capabilities, you can use your mobile device to scan items and filter the data set.
