System Requirements for Spotfire for Android
This page lists the system requirements for installing and running TIBCO Spotfire® for Android version 1.4.4 on your mobile Android device.

| Operating system | Android 8.1 ("Oreo") or later, with Google Play Services installed. |
| TIBCO Spotfire software | Connection* to a TIBCO Spotfire Server, version 10.10.x or higher.
Note: There are no known restrictions on the type of connection (such as VPN). If the mobile device can connect to the server from a web browser (over HTTP or HTTPS), the
Spotfire® for Android app should also be able to connect. Because the app connects using dedicated web services, any security appliances or reverse proxies between the app and the server must be configured properly to allow those requests and responses to work.
