Configuring access for the TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® web client in cloud data sources
If you want to use data from cloud data sources, such as Azure SQL or Amazon Redshift, in the TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® web client, certain configurations might be required in the data source. Setting up the proper access rules is often a task for the data source administrator.
To protect your data, cloud-based, internet-facing data sources can be configured to allow or deny access from certain applications or computers. One of the ways to define access rules is to use IP addresses to identify what traffic should be allowed. To access and query a data source with IP restrictions from TIBCO Cloud Spotfire web clients, you might have to make configurations in the data source, allowing the IP addresses used by the Spotfire web client.
IP addresses to allow
To make sure that you can access the data source from the TIBCO Cloud Spotfire web client, the following IP addresses should be added as allowed in the data source.
US, Oregon
44.226.153.192
52.43.69.35
52.11.109.219
Europe, Ireland
52.51.236.125
52.209.155.4
52.209.185.190
