Uploading and Running the Conda Environment Example

The example file Conda.ipnyb is included on the TIBCO documentation site for your information. You can download it and run it in TIBCO Data Science - Team Studio.

This example creates a custom environment similar to the simple example presented in Creating a Custom Environment for Running Jupyter Notebooks; however, it is more verbose and lists the packages installed.

Before you begin

You must have Jupyter Notebooks installed.

    Procedure
  1. From the TIBCO® Data Science Team Studiodocsite, under the Product Guides list, click Conda Notebook Sample to download a sample Notebook file, or click here to download the sample Notebook file.
    The file Conda.ipnyb is downloaded to your computer.
  2. Open TIBCO Data Science - Team Studio, and then open your workspace.
  3. Click Work Files tab.
  4. From the right-hand menu, click Upload a File.
    The Upload File dialog is displayed.
  5. Click Select a File, and then browse to the location where you downloaded Conda.ipnyb
  6. Upload the file.
    The file name is displayed in the Work Files list.
  7. Click the file title to display it, and then click Open Notebook. A bit of code appears in your notebook.
  8. From the menu, click Cell > Run All
    The example runs, displaying information and a list of the packages installed.
ResultThe custom environment is created.
