lv-server

LiveView Server (deprecated) — legacy command to run the LiveView server

SYNOPSIS

lv-server

DESCRIPTION

The lv-server command was provided in TIBCO(r) LiveView releases before release 10 to start, run, and manage the LiveView Server engine. The lv-server command is no longer needed, and is not provided in StreamBase 10 releases.

The generation of LiveView interface files, which was part of lv-server in releases before StreamBase 10, is now available using the lv-util command.

To run LiveView fragments in StreamBase 10, you must:

--Create a LiveView fragment archive.
--Create a StreamBase Application archive that contains the LiveView fragment archive.
--Run the StreamBase Application archive at the command prompt using the epadmin command.

This process is described in the Deploy with epadmin page of the Concepts Overview.
