Removing Grid Libraries

Make sure you remove grid libraries after uninstallation.

1. Shut down all stacks running the enabler.
2. Remove all pertinent SilverFabric_*.zip files from the following directory: SILVERFABRIC_HOME/webapps/livecluster/deploy/resources/gridlib.
