Changing the Log Levels of SPM Server Components

You can use the Admin agent to change the log levels of the SPM server components instead of using a properties file.

Prerequisites

Before using this procedure ensure that the SPM server, SPM Dashboard server, TIBCO Enterprise Administrator Server, and the Admin agent are running.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the TIBCO Enterprise Administrator.
  2. Click the Service Performance Manager card.
  3. From the Domain Management pane, select a domain.
    The Domain Topology view is displayed.
  4. From the left navigation bar, click Admin View. Alternatively, you can drill down a server from the Domain Topology view.
    The details of the active SPM server are displayed.
  5. In the Log Level pane, from the drop-down list, change the log levels of the components to one of the following : INFO, DEBUG, or ERROR.
  6. Click Done and click Yes at the confirmation prompt to save the changes.
