Adding a User Constraint

You can add a user constraint to a user or group in Spotfire Metrics, by following these steps in Spotfire Metrics Modeler.

1. Click Manage Constraints.
2. Click Add Constraints and provide the following information.

   Option	Description
   Principal Type	From the drop-down list, select the user or group of which to add the user constraint.
   Principal Item	From the drop-down list, select the user name or group name of which to add the user constraint.
   KPI Library	From the drop-down list, select the KPI Library of which to add the user constraint.
   KPI Value	From the drop-down list, select the KPI value of which to add the user constraint.
   Select a Rule	You can choose Include All or Exclude All, as well as provide any exceptions.

3. Click Save.
