Spotfire Metrics Modeler Connections

Working with server connections in TIBCO Spotfire Metrics includes the several tasks that you might perform once or repeatedly.

You can use the Connection Manager within the Spotfire Metrics Modeler user interface to perform connection management tasks. Upon each initial opening of the Spotfire Metrics Modeler, the Connection Manager will be displayed.

In the Connection Manager, you can do the following with a server connection.

  • Add.
  • Open.
  • Edit.
  • Delete.
Note: Spotfire Metrics Modeler will automatically attempt to connect to either the default connection (configured during installation) or the last successful connection at startup and will display the log in dialog as soon as that connection has been established.
