Permissions Management

You can use the Spotfire Metrics Modeler to maintain and manage the user permissions within the Spotfire Metrics application.

You can use the User Permissions page on the Users tab to add, edit, and delete user permissions.

  • User Permissions
    In TIBCO Spotfire Metrics, user permissions are based on principal type items and securable type items, as described here.
  • Adding a Permission
    If you need to set specific items for which a user or group has permissions in Spotfire Metrics, follow these steps in the Spotfire Metrics Modeler.
  • Deleting a Permission
    If you need to delete a permission of a user or group, follow these steps in theSpotfire Metrics Modeler.
