Deletes any obsolete licenses and license features from your environment.

Overview

Use this command to delete obsolete licenses and license features from your environment.

Old definitions of licenses and license features can accumulate if you have upgraded from earlier versions of Spotfire. After you run this command, any obsolete licenses and license features are removed and cannot be assigned to groups.

To see obsolete licenses in your environment, use the list-obsolete-licenses command.

Options

--bootstrap-config=value
Optional none The path to the bootstrap configuration file. See Bootstrap.xml file for more information about this file.
-t value
--tool-password=value
Optional none The configuration tool password used to decrypt the database password in the bootstrap.xml file. If the tool password is omitted, the command will prompt the end-user for it on the console. See the Bootstrap.xml file for more information.
-f
--force
Optional none Indicates that the obsolete licenses and license features should be deleted without any further confirmation.
