When committing changes, prompt for and require a reason: Select this check box to prompt users to enter the reason they are making a change to an object while performing a task.

Prevent users from approving their own changes: When this check box is unchecked, users can approve their own changes. When this check box is checked, someone other than the user who made the changes must approve the changes.
