Select a Data Configuration Version
This dialog box is displayed when you click the Select version button in an Analysis Configuration’s properties page. Use these options to specify which version of the Data Configuration the Analysis Configuration should use when users run it. The document history of the Data Configuration will be displayed, from which you can choose a version. This dialog box is also displayed from a Report’s Components and Scheduling properties page to specify a version of an analysis to include in a report.
- Latest version
- When this option button is selected, the analysis will always use the latest version of the Data Configuration when users run it.
- Latest approved version
- When this option button is selected, the Analysis will use the latest approved version of the data configuration when users run it. With this option, newer version(s) of the data configuration may exist, but will not be used by the analysis until approved.
- Other version
- When this option button is selected, choose a specific version of the data configuration that the analysis should use. This specific version will always be used regardless of the addition of new versions later unless this option is changed.
