System Options: Analysis
Expand the System Options node in the tree view and select the Analysis node to display the spreadsheet options in the properties page. These options determine how records are returned from the underlying query(ies) of Analysis Configurations.
- Display date/time warning
- Select this check box to display a date/time warning when a new Analysis Configuration is run before the date range filtering dialog box has been reviewed/edited (default date range filtering is set to All data).
- Display warning for the 'Add all' criteria
- Select this check box to display a warning when selecting a label in the Defining Data - Criteria options when running an Analysis Configuration.
- Data file path
- This box displays the path/location for where Analysis Configurations will output the resulting Statistica Spreadsheets.
- Browse
- Click this button to select a default path/location for where Analysis Configurations will output Statistica Spreadsheets.
- Maximum samples
- Use this box or the adjacent microscrolls to specify the maximum number of records to be returned from an Analysis Configuration.
- Maximum label records
- Use this box or the adjacent microscrolls to specify the maximum number of label records to be returned in filtering dialogs configured to allow the user to browse the list of values for selection. For example: The Defining Data and/or SQL Criteria options may be configured to be displayed to end users for run-time filtering during the execution of an Analysis Configuration. If the user may filter by a column containing a list of Products and there are more than 100 product codes for selection, set this default number to the appropriate number so that the end user of the Analysis Configuration does not need to select the Display next option to review more product codes.
- Maximum IQC projects
- Use this box or the adjacent microscrolls to specify the maximum number of Iterative Quality Control projects to be run in each IQC Analysis Configuration. Increase this number if one or more Analysis Configurations have more Characteristics in them than the default number displayed.
- Maximum crosstab columns
- Use this box or the adjacent microscrolls to specify the maximum number of crosstab columns to be created when an Analysis Configuration is based on a Data Configuration that contains a column set to Target Type Crosstab Column. In short, each unique value in the Crosstab Column is used to create a new column, unstacking data (e.g., a Crosstab column that contains test codes and the Crosstab Value column that contains the measurements).
- Default date/time criteria
- Set the default date/time criteria for new Analysis Configurations and when exploring a Data Entry Setup, a Data Configuration, or an SVB Data Configuration. Select from the Retrieve data for drop-down list the range of time for which to retrieve the data. When Data from last is selected, options are displayed to specify the exact time for which to retrieve data.
