2D Variability Plots

Creates standard 2D Variability Plots for all categorical (class) and continuous variables;

General

Element Name Description
Type Specifies the type of 2D Variability Plots to be plotted.
Identify Last Factors This can be used to identify last one or two organizing factors in the plot using point markers and/or point colors.
Replication This adds a replication factor to the list of factors plotted. When used as an organizing factor, a sequence number assigned to each observation within each level of the organizing factor and will be used as the labels for this factor.
Display Empty Cells This is used to display all possible factor combinations on the x-axis. The cells without data values will be displayed for factor combinations that do not have data.
Put Boxes Around Factor Label This can be used to plot rectangles enclosing various levels of the factors.
Show Grand Means/Median This displays the grand mean or median as a horizontal line across the entire graph. Use the Mean/Median option below this to specify if the mean or median will be displayed.
Mean/Median Select here to specify if the middle point will be the Mean or Median. This selection takes effect only Show Grand Means/Median option is set to True.
