Two-Sample Tests Results - Quick Tab
Comparing Samples
Select the Quick tab of the Two-Sample Tests Results dialog box to choose spreadsheets in which to display the results of the analysis.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Gehan's Wilcoxon test | Displays a spreadsheet with the results of Gehan's Wilcoxon test. In addition to the Gehan-Wilcoxon test statistic, the spreadsheet lists all observations (survival times; note that censored observations are marked by a + sign), the group to which each belongs, the number of observations that are smaller than the respective observation (under the column header R1), and the number of observations that are larger than the respective observation (under the column header R2). |
Cox-Mantel test | Displays a spreadsheet with the results of the Cox-Mantel test. In addition to the Cox-Mantel test statistic, the spreadsheet lists the risk set at each failure time (the number of observations whose failure time are at least this long or longer), and the proportion of observations in group 2 that belong to the respective risk set. |
Log-rank test | Displays a spreadsheet with the results of the log-rank test. In addition to the log-rank test statistic, the spreadsheet lists all observations (survival times; note that censored observations are marked by a + sign), the group to which each case belongs, and the scores that are used in the computation of this test. |
Note: Statistica Power Analysis. With the Statistica Power Analysis program, you can compute statistical power and estimate required sample size while planning experiments and evaluate experimental effects in your existing data. You can find many features in this module designed to perform these calculations quickly and effectively in a wide variety of data analysis situations (including the log-rank test). For information on purchasing this program, contact Statistica.
