Select the Add to design tab of the Design of a Robust Design Experiment dialog to access options to add points or columns to the standard design.

Add to the design

Use the options in the Add to the design group box to add points or columns to the standard design. Note that the settings in the box (i.e., adding replicates) will only affect the displayed design (via option Summary: Display design on the Display Design tab) and the Alias structure spreadsheet. The changes will not affect the results displayed in the Summary box area of the dialog. The results displayed there will always reflect the characteristics of the original design.

Number of genuine replicates

Enter the number of replications to use in the Number of genuine replicates field. For example, if you enter a 1 into this field, then Statistica will add one replicate to the design, resulting in two identical orthogonal array designs.

Number of blank columns (dep. vars.).

). Enter the number of columns to add to the displayed design in the Number of blank columns (dep. vars.) field. This option is useful if you want to print the spreadsheet with those extra columns, which can then be used as a convenient data entry form.
