Analyzing Invariance Properties - Analyzing Invariance of Fitted Covariance Structures

An important aspect of the Browne and Shapiro (1989) study of invariance was their derivation of methods for studying invariance of fitted moment structures. They defined a reflector matrix corresponding to each discrepancy function minimized by SEPATH, and showed how this reflector matrix could be analyzed to shed light on the invariance properties of a particular model when fitted with a particular discrepancy function.
