Workbook - Multi-Item Display - Copy

You can access the Multi-Item Display - Copy function in the following ways:

  • Ribbon bar: Select the Workbook tab. In the Multi-Item Display group, click Copy to copy the selected multi-item display grid item to the Clipboard.
  • Classic menus: On the Workbook - Multi-Item Display submenu, select Copy to copy the selected multi-item display grid item to the Clipboard.

You can select and copy multiple items by using the standard keyboard conventions (CTRL+A, CTRL+C). The item can then be pasted into any application that can handle RTF data, or if Microsoft Word is installed, the item can be pasted into any application that can accept HTML data.

You can also access the Copy command from the shortcut menu displayed by right-clicking on a grid item. When an item or multiple items are selected in the multi-item display grid, you can access the Copy command from the shortcut menu displayed by right-clicking on the Workbook folder as well.
