GDA Models Wizard Effects in Design

Select General discriminant analysis from the Type of analysis list and Analysis Wizard from the Specification method list on the General Discriminant Analysis (GDA) Models Startup Panel - Quick tab. Then, click the OK button on the General Discriminant Analysis (GDA) Models Startup Panel. Finally, select your variables on the standard variable selection dialog to display the GDA Models Wizard Effects in Design dialog. This dialog contains two tabs: Default design and Custom design. The Default design tab lists the default effects in your design and the Custom design tab is used to customize the specific effects you want to include in your design. Note that this dialog can also be accessed in other ways.

Variables
Click the Variables button to display the standard variable selection dialog; in that dialog, select the dependent variable, categorical predictor variables (factors), and continuous predictor variables (covariates).
OK (Run)
Click the OK (Run) button to begin the computations and display the GDA Models Results dialog.

Click the < Back button to move back to the previous dialog in the Analysis Wizard.
Next >
Click the Next > button to advance to the GDA Models Wizard Extended Options dialog.
Options
Click the Options button to display the Options menu.
