Specification Limits
|
In this dropdown list, choose whether
specification limits will be disabled or specified:
- None. The analysis will not generate any specification limits on the chart.
- Use LSL, Nominal and USL
- The analysis will look for variables named
*_LSL,
*_NOM and
*_USL for each characteristic (where '*' is the name of the characteristic) and use the values in the respective variables as the
Lower Specification Limit,
Nominal and
Upper Specification Limit.
- Each time the value in the
*_LSL or
*_NOM or
*_USL variable changes moving downward in the column, the system will create a new set on the chart.
- If a value in the
*_LSL or
*_NOM or
*_USL variable is blank, the system will use the previous valid value found in the respective column.
