Workspace Node: Cox Proportional Hazards - Results - Plots Tab

In the Cox Proportional Hazards node dialog box, under the Results heading, select the Plots tab to access the following options.

Note: These options are only available after the first run of the Cox Proportional Hazards node. They will become unavailable again if variable selection is changed.
Element Name Description
Categorize by strata variable Select this check box to categorize cases by strata in histograms and scatterplots of selected quantities. This option is available only if a strata variable is selected.
Mark complete/censored cases Select this check box to mark complete/censored cases in histograms and scatterplots of selected quantities.
X-axis/Y-axis Use the X-axis and Y-axis list boxes to select a quantity to plot on the respective axis. Available graph types are dependent on the number of selections made in these list boxes. For example, if you want to generate a 2D scatterplot, you must select a value in each list box.
Histogram of X Select this check box to generate a histogram of the quantity selected in the X-axis list box.
X and Y Select this check box to generate a 2D scatterplot of the variables selected in the X-axis and Y-axis list boxes.

OK Click this button to accept all the specifications made in the dialog box and to close it. The analysis results are placed in the Reporting Documents node after running (updating) the project.
