Ribbon bar: Select the Statistics tab. In the Industrial Statistics group, click Six Sigma and on the Measure submenu, select Distribution Fitting.
Classic menus: On the Statistics - Industrial Statistics & Six Sigma - Six Sigma (DMAIC) Shortcuts - Measure submenu, select Distribution Fitting.
This displays the Process Capability Analysis Setup - Raw Data dialog box in the Process Analysis module; use the options on the Distribution tab to fit various distributions, and to identify the distribution and parameter values that provide the best fit.
