Missing and Out-of-Range Data Plots - Quick Tab

Graphical Analytic Techniques

Select the Quick tab of the Missing and Out-of-Range Data Plots Startup Panel to access the option described here. More options are available on the Advanced tab.

Use this graph to examine the pattern or distribution of missing and/or user-specified out-of-range data points in the current data set (or in a subset of variables and cases). This graph is useful in exploratory data analysis to determine the extent of missing (and/or out-of-range) data and whether the patterns of those data occur more or less randomly.

Variables
Click the Variables button to display the standard variable selection dialog box, in which you select the variable(s) to be plotted. The variable(s) that you select will be plotted on the x-axis in the graph (against Cases on the y-axis).
