Specify Values for Indep. Vars
Click the Predict dependent variable button on the Multiple Regression Results - Residuals/Assumptions/Prediction tab to display the Specify values for indep. vars dialog. You can enter specific values for the independent variables in this dialog, in order to predict the value of the dependent variable. Enter the values individually for each variable in the current regression equation or enter one Common Value (see below).
- OK
- Click the OK button to compute a spreadsheet displaying the value for the dependent variable, given the current regression equation.
- Cancel
- Click the Cancel button to exit the dialog and return to the Multiple Regression Results - Residuals/Assumptions/Prediction tab.
- Common Value
- Enter one value in the Common Value field and then click the Apply button to transfer this value to each variable.
