Top 10 Auto Filter

Select (Top 10...) from the Auto Filter Criteria menu to display the Top 10 Auto Filter dialog box.

Using these options, you can specify a variety of auto filter criteria for displaying the top or bottom portions of the spreadsheet (e.g., show the Top 10 Items or the Bottom 20 Percent).
Option Description
Show Use the three fields provided to specify the auto filter criteria. In the drop-down list box on the left, select either Top or Bottom. In the next box, enter a number between 1 and 500. You can enter the number directly or use the microscrolls. In the drop-down list box on the right, select either Items or Percent.
OK Click the OK button to return to the spreadsheet and apply the auto filter you have specified.
Cancel Click the Cancel button to return to the spreadsheet without applying an auto filter.
