Feature & Model Selection; Classification - Quick Tab

Select the Quick tab of the Feature & Model Selection; Classification dialog box to access options to specify the variables for the analyses.

Variables

Click the Variables button to display the standard three variable lists selection dialog box. You can select categorical (class) dependent variables (to analyze continuous dependent variables, select Feature and method selection: Regression on the Feature and Method Selections Startup Panel - Quick tab), and continuous and categorical predictors. Continuous variables are those that are measured on a continuous scale (e.g., Height or Weight); categorical variables contain indicators, codes, or text values to denote membership in some group or class (e.g., Gender: Male, Female).
