Case State
You can access the Case State dialog box in the following ways:
- Ribbon bar. Select the Data tab. In the Cases group, click Cases and on the Case States submenu, select Edit Case States or right-click a case name and select Case States - Edit case states from the shortcut menu to display the Case State dialog box.
- Classic menus. On the Data - Cases - Case States submenu, select Edit Case States or right-click a case name and select Case States - Edit case states from the shortcut menu to display the Case State dialog box.
