How can I change the proportions of the graph window?

Use the options in the Document Size and Scaling dialog box (accessible by clicking the Graph actual size/scaling  button) to change the current graph's aspect ratio (i.e., the ratio of its vertical to horizontal dimensions). Note that the global default graph aspect ratio can be modified on the Documents/Graphs: Settings tab of the Options dialog box.
