SANN - Results - Kohonen Graph Tab

You can select the Kohonen Graph tab of the SANN - Results dialog box to access the options described here. This tab is only available for cluster analysis models. For information on the options that are common to all tabs, see SANN - Results.

The interactive graph on this tab enables you to graphically visualize the distribution of data cases for the selected sample. The color scheme to the right indicates the number of data cases for each neuron position. Note that you can select a node by clicking on the location of the data case cluster. You can select multiple nodes by holding down the CTRL key and repeating the previous step.
