Comparing Survival in Multiple Groups, Results - Advanced Tab

Comparing Samples

Select the Advanced tab of the Comparing Survival in Multiple Groups, Results dialog box to access options to choose from a selection of spreadsheets and graphs in which to display the results of the analysis, as described.

Option Description
Summary: Survival times & scores Displays a spreadsheet with all survival times (note that censored observations are marked by a + sign) and the scores (computed according to Mantel's procedure) used for the computation of the test statistic.
Cumulative proportion surviving (Kaplan-Meier) by group Displays a graph of the cumulative survival function, that is, a plot of cumulative survival across time for each group. In this plot, the observed survival times are indicated by circles, and the censored observations are marked as crosses.
Scores for each group Displays a spreadsheet with the sum of scores for each group (computed according to Mantel's procedure) used for the computation of the test statistic; in addition, the number and percent of complete and censored cases in each group are displayed.
Prop. surviving by group Displays a graph of the survival function for each group.
Sum scores by group Displays a histogram of the sum of scores for each group (computed according to Mantel's procedure) used for the computation of the test statistic.
Percent surviving by group Displays the life tables for each group.
