Process Capability Analysis Setup--Raw Data

Select Process capability analysis & tolerance intervals, raw data from the Process Analysis Procedures Startup Panel - Quick tab to display the Process Capability Analysis Setup--Raw Data dialog box, which contains three tabs: Raw data, Grouping, and Distribution.

OK

Click the OK button to display either:

• the standard variable selection dialog box or the Enter/edit specification limits dialog box (if you have already selected variables via the Raw data or Grouping tab),
• the Process Capability Analysis--Normal and General Non-Normal Distributions dialog box (if you have already entered specification limits via the Process Specs option on the Raw data tab).

Cancel

Click the Cancel button to close the dialog box without performing an analysis and return to the Process Analysis Procedures Startup Panel.

Options

Click the Options button to display the Options menu.

Select Cases

Click the Select Cases button to display the Analysis/Graph Case Selection Conditions dialog box, which is used to create conditions for which cases will be included (or excluded) in the current analysis. More information is available in the case selection conditions overview and syntax summary.

W

Click the W (Weight) button to display the Analysis/Graph Case Weights dialog box, which is used to adjust the contribution of individual cases to the outcome of the current analysis by weighting those cases in proportion to the values of a selected variable.

By Group

Click the By Group button to display the By Group specifications dialog box.
