Macros Recording Status

The Macro status field (the last field of the status bar) is normally not active unless the currently performed operation involves a recorded keyboard macro. When you are recording a keyboard macro (via Tools - Macro - Record Keyboard Macro), then the REC becomes active in the Macro status field, so you are aware that all keyboard actions are being recorded into a macro. Click the Macro status field at any time to display the Macros dialog, which is used to run, edit, and delete existing macros or create new macros.
