Can I rotate or adjust the perspective of a 3D graph?

Yes. Click the Rotate  button on the Graph Tools toolbar to access the interactive rotation control facility, or select Graph: Point of View in the Graph Options dialog box to enter specific viewpoint parameters controlling the position of the imaginary viewpoint against the 3D object.
