Rename a Spreadsheet Layout

To rename an existing spreadsheet layout, follow these instructions:

Ribbon bar. Select the Format tab. In the Spreadsheet group, click Layouts to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box.

Classic menus. From the Format menu, select Spreadsheet to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box.

Procedure

  1. In the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box, select the spreadsheet layout you want to rename.
  2. Click the Rename button.
  3. In the Spreadsheet Layout Name dialog box, enter the new name for the spreadsheet layout in the Name field. Click OK.
  4. Click Close in the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog box to return to the active spreadsheet.
