Options - Patterns Tab

Select the Patterns tab of the Options dialog box to access the options described here.

Control charts

Use the options in this group box to specify the line style (where applicable) and point style (where applicable) of the items shown in the control chart ( sample values, control limits, ignored points).

Histograms

In this box, you can specify the pattern and color to use in the bars of the histogram.

Background coloring. In this group box, you can specify whether to Color the background of X and R charts (select the check box to color the background), and specify the background colors for Out of Control, Warning, and In control processes or samples.

Text color

In this group box, you can specify the color of text to use when labeling causes, actions, and comments in the graph.
