Extrapolate Values

Select the Always prompt option button in the Extrapolating data group box on the Options dialog box - Spreadsheets tab, and then extrapolate outside of the currently defined spreadsheet to display the Extrapolate Values dialog.
Option Description
Select desired action You can use this group box to specify the action to occur when you extrapolate outside of the currently defined spreadsheet. Select either the Add necessary cases/variables, then extrapolate or the Extrapolate within existing data limits option button.
Set as default Select this check box to set either Add necessary cases/variables, then extrapolate or Extrapolate within existing data limits as the default when you extrapolate outside of the currently defined spreadsheet, depending on the option button that is selected in the Select desired action group box.
OK Closes the Extrapolate Values dialog box after you have selected the appropriate option button in the Select desired action group box.
Cancel Closes the Extrapolate Values dialog box, disregarding any changes that you have made.
