Select Variables for Plot/Spreadsheet

Click either the Review multiple variables, the corresponding Plot button, or the Plot two var lists with different scales button on the Review Series tab of various dialog boxes or the Transformations of Variables dialog box - Review and Plot tab to display the Select Variables for Plot/Spreadsheet dialog box. Note that this dialog box may also be entitled Select Variables for the Spreadsheet/Plot.

Currently available variables and transformations Select the list of variables (series) for the spreadsheet/plot in the Currently available variables and transformations list. Note that this option is only available if you click either the Review multiple variables or the corresponding Plot button on the Review Series tab or on the Transformations of Variables dialog box - Review and Plot tab.
Variables (series) to be plotted against left-Y axis Select the list of variable(s) for the left y axis of your plot in the Variables (series) to be plotted against left-Y axis list. Note that this option is only available if you click the Plot two var lists with different scales button on the Review Series tab or on the Transformations of Variables dialog box - Review and Plot tab.
Variables (series) to be plotted against right-Y axis Select the list of variable(s) for the right y axis of your plot in the Variables (series) to be plotted against right-Y axis list. Note that this option is only be available if you click the Plot two var lists with different scales button on the Review Series tab or on the Transformations of Variables dialog box - Review and Plot tab.
Selecting variables You can select a continuous block of variables by holding down the mouse button and dragging the cursor over the variables that you want to select. You can also select a continuous block of variables by clicking on the first variable name that you want to select, and while holding down the SHIFT key, clicking on the last variable name that you want to select. This method will select (highlight) the first and last variables and all variables in between.  You can select discontinuous blocks of variables by holding down the CTRL key and then clicking on each variable that you want to select. You can deselect discontinuous or continuous blocks of previously selected variables by holding down the CTRL key and then clicking on each variable that you want to deselect.
OK Click the OK button after you have selected your variables to display the corresponding spreadsheet/plot.
Cancel Click the Cancel button to return to the previous dialog box without displaying the corresponding spreadsheet/plot.
